She is survived by: her daughter Mary Kozikowski (John) of Brimfield; her grandchildren, Christine Pereira (Rayner) of Portland, CT, Dr. Tania Kozikowski-Nicholas (Patrick) of Randolph, NJ and John W. Kozikowski of Brimfield; and her great grandchildren, Neena, Anya Pereira, Sophia and Farin Nicholas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
