We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2021, at the age of 83, Joseph Zajac of Chicopee, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph Zajac to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zajac and Mary Zajac (Lesniak); his brothers, Alfred Zajac (Stella) and Julian Zajac; and his sister-in-law Gail M. Brandon (Paul).
He is survived by: his wife Lynne E. Zajac (O'Dette); and his children, Lisa B. Zajac (Vince Rivera) and Josef J. Zajac of Chicopee. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
His burial will be private at Fairview Cemetery in Chicopee. Please note that masks are required, social distancing must be observed, and funeral home capacity is limited due to state regulations.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children (please specify Springfield), 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
