He was predeceased by: his mother Helen M. Dudek; his brother John; his aunts, Mary Dudek Black and Stephie Dudek Przybyla (Frank); his uncle Stanley Dudek; and his cousin Stanley Matuszcak.
He is survived by: his cousins, Fred and Carol Przybyla; and also, Audra Przybyla Hamel (Daniel), Drew and Benjamin. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
