He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Novak and Maria A. Novak (Kaczmarski). He is survived by: his wife Halina Novak (Sowka); his children, Ray Novak (Elizabeth Biddle) and Karina Kondub (Pawel) of Poland; his granddaughters, Olivia and Victoria; his sister-in-law Dorota Betka (Ryszard); his nephew Krzysztof Socha, Jr.; his niece Zaneta Grasakis (Tony); his great-nephew Nicholas; his great-niece Eliza; his uncle Henry Kaczmarski (Christina); and his cousins, Lisa Moore and Mariusz Kaczmarski.
