He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Valley and Marjorie A. Valley (Swan); and his siblings, William Valley and Marjorie Ann Valley Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Janet Valley (Hartranft); his son Steven (Mary); and his nephews, Scott Valley, Eric Valley, Sean Valley and John Anderson.
