John S. Stefano Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2025, at the age of 77, John S. Stefano of Chicopee, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stefano and Irma Stefano (Malaguti); and his son-in-law Pedro Cuello. He is survived by: his children, Michael Stefano of Agawam, Amy Parks (Chad) of Narragansett, RI, Melissa Atkin (James) of Westfield, Kara Stefano Cuello of Holiday, FL and Nicole Stefano (Christopher Smith) of Agawam; and his grandchildren, Luke Stefano, Bodhi Parks, Dharma Parks, Eilha Parks, Isabella Reyes, Lilliana Cuello, Sofia Cuello, Victoria Cuello and Charlotte Smith. He is also survived by other extended family members and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services (15 Ludlow Ave, Springfield, MA 01151). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (395 Chestnut St, Springfield, MA 01104). A burial was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at the St. Michael Cemetery (1601 State St, Springfield, MA 01109).
