It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John S. Kwiatkowski of Chicopee, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leon Szlachta and Mieczyslawa Kwiatkowski Szlachta (Szymanski); his grandparents, Stefan and Stefania Szymanski; his stepfather Jozef Szlachta; his siblings, Henry J., Wanda (Don Muller) of Hadley and Barry Kwiatkowski of Chicopee; his nephews, Aaron Muller, Peter Muller (Victoria) and Ben Kwiatkowski (Rachel); his niece Molly Kwiatkowski; his great-niece Emily; and his great-nephew Jax.
Donations may be made in his memory to the Polish Center of Discovery and Learning in Chicopee or to any art-related charities of your choice.
