With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Florek (Chicopee, Massachusetts), born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 11, 2024 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Florek to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Florek and Helen Florek (Nicholoplus); his wife Deborah L. Florek (Croston); his daughter Jennifer Florek; and his brothers, Harry and Chester Florek.

He is survived by: his sons, John Florek Jr. (Sarah) of Westfield and Jeffrey Florek (Amanda) of Chicopee; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Allison, Drew, Jayden and Owen.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grise Funeral Home (280 Springfield St, Chicopee, MA 01013). A prayer will be held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
