He was predeceased by: his parents, Casmiro Ribeiro and Maria Ribeiro (Jesus); and his siblings, Manuel, Adelino, Anacelto, Jose', Americo, Alfredo, Francisco, Formino Ribeiro and Marcia Costa.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Ribeiro (Couto) of Chicopee; his children, Louis Ribeiro (Filomena) of Chicopee, Susana Silva of Springfield and Lidia Sousa of Chicopee; his sister Leonilde Araral of Chicopee; and his grandchildren, Luis, Shaun, Andrew, Michael, Cristina, Nicole, Marilia and Louis. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
