She is survived by: her mother Zofia Czeremcha (Rutkowski) of West Springfield; her brothers, Edward P. Czeremcha (Donna) of West Springfield and Jamie J. Czeremcha (Dan Ward) of Boston; her nieces, Angela Czeremcha and Gina Czeremcha of West Springfield; her godparents, Tadeusz Czeremcha and Teresa Roy; and her close friend Nina Barth. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
