With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jesse R. Toczek (Chicopee, Massachusetts), who passed away on October 13, 2020 at the age of 26. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward Toczek and Katherine Duquette. He is survived by: his parents, Andre Toczek (Lori Mendoza) and Lana A. Toczek (Duquette); his brother Mathieu A. Toczek; his grandfather Raymond Duquette (Maycinth); his aunt Barbara Toczek; his uncle Raymond Duquette; and his cousins, Anthony of Chicopee and Dominic Folta of Chicopee.
