She is survived by: her parents, Edward Koziol and Teresa Koziol of Chicopee; her wife Edward Koziol of Agawam; her brothers, Jeremy Koziol and Nikki DesRoche; her son Ethan Koziol of Bozrah, CT; her aunt Sandra Jones of Agawam; her uncle Mark Koziol of Springfield; her daughter Sarah; and also, Jayne Koziol of Agawam, Joshua Koziol of Chicopee, Charlie Jones, Amber Fijol and Nichole Cave.
