He is survived by: his wife Marissa Sullivano (Antaya) of Chicopee; his children, Jeffrey Sullivano Jr of Chicopee and Skye Sullivano of Chicopee; and his siblings, Wayne Sullivano (Christine Larocque) of Holyoke, John Sullivano of Holyoke, Shirley Sullivano and Lisa Sullivano of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
