She was predeceased by: her parents, Rouloff J. Fleming and Lucille A. Fleming (Caouette); her husband Antonio J. Costa; and her siblings, Marie "Cookie", Eileen and Raymond "Bob".
She is survived by: her children, Francis Costa of Hampton, NH, Thomas Costa (Amy) of Feeding Hills, Glen Costa (Teresa) of Chicopee and Nancy Houghton (Steven) of Springfield; and her siblings, James Fleming and Constance Rock. She is also survived by four grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
