Jeannette Hamel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannette Hamel (Chicopee, Massachusetts), who passed away on May 19, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Picard and Regina Picard (Rivest); her husband William L. Hamel Sr.; and her siblings, Eugene Picard and Lorraine Flynn.
She is survived by: her children, William Hamel Jr. (Jennifer) of Chicopee and Melissa; her sisters, Rita LaFlamme (Norman) of Chicopee and Cecile Haley; her grandchildren, Brittany, Matthew, Austin, Isaac and Ryleigh; and her great grandchildren, Laila, Jamie and Lola.
The family is going to postpone services until a later date, after COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted.
