With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeanne Christian (Chicopee, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 29, 2024 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jeanne Christian to pay them a last tribute.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Jeanne is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolf Cestari and Stella Cestari (Provost); and her sister Theresa Benjamin. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Christian of Chicopee; her son Adam Mercado of Chicopee; her brother James Cestari; and her sister-in-law Mary Pirog. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Grise Funeral Home (280 Springfield St, Chicopee, MA 01013).
