He is survived by: his children, Collin Wilk of Hardwick, MA and Emma Wilk of Chicopee; his mother Donna Jewell (Wilk) of Chicopee; his siblings, David Proulx, Raelene Urbanowicz (Andy) of Holyoke and CarrieAnne Proulx-Hilton of Chicopee; and his nieces and nephews, Zofia, Kaylee, Jacob, Dakota, Randy and Dawson Dylan. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
