It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Rutkowski (Chicopee, Massachusetts), who passed away on September 22, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jane leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Stefanik and Jadwiga Stefanik; and her husband Max Rutkowski. She is survived by: her children, Michael Rutkowski (Holly) of Holland, Donna Rutkowski (Jodie Lapiere) of Chicopee and Lynn Chicoine of Monson; and her nieces and nephews, Joyce Koerber, Robert Koerber, Stanley Zelinski and Helen Skerritt. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren, along with many other extended family members and friends.
