He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd G. Clark, Sr. and Roberta Clark (Lahue); his brothers, Dennis Wayne Clark and Dean W. Clark; his brother-in-law Eddie M. Jones, Jr.; and his nephew Deacon Clark.
He is survived by: his siblings, Floyd G. Clark, Jr. of Chicopee, June E. Jones of South Hadley and Maureen T. Hart (Richard) of Sarasota, FL; and his nieces and nephews, John Jones, David Jones (Shannon), Matthew Clark, Wendy Naslund and Amber Clark. He is also survived by grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, numerous friends and extended family.
