He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Andre and Jeanne Andre (Bonnville). He is survived by: his sister Clovia Enos (William H.) of Ludlow; his nephew William M. (Andrea); his niece Kimberley Hagan (Daniel) of Ludlow; and his cousin William Mackie of Chicopee. He is also survived by several extended family members and dear friends.
