With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James E. Russell Jr. of Chicopee, Massachusetts, born in Northampton, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 2, 2023 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Russell, Sr. and Patricia A. Russell (Lawler); his sister-in-law Natasha Leigh Cantrell; his grandfather William M. Mitchell, Jr.; and his former wife Anna Mitchell (Melaney).
He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Russell (Michon); his parents-in-law, Robert A., Debra A. Mitchell (Fountain) of Chicopee, Mémère, Harold and Mildred Fountain (Lafromboise) of Agawam; his sisters-in-law, Tiffany G. Michon (Ryan Spence) of Springfield and Alison Riffenburg (Shawn) of Chicopee; his nephews, Rojai Spence and Benjamin Riffenburg; and his pet Sampson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, extended family members and friends.
