She was predeceased by: her father Otilio Bermudez Sr.; and her brother Carlos Bermudez. She is survived by: her mother Dominga Rivera of Coamo, PR; her stepparent Nilda Bermudez of Chicopee, Massachusetts.; her siblings, Luis Bermudez and Romaira Bermudez; and her children, Gladys Bermudez of South Hadley, Isa Bermudez of Chicopee, Lisa Marie Perrin of Pennsylvania and Samuel Montanez of Springfield Massachusetts. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
