He is survived by: his wife Ethel LaPlante of Holyoke; his children, Charles Bedard (Ann) of Central Islip, NY, Karen Lewis (Robert) of Elgin, S. C and Carol Ruyffelaert (John) of Leeds, MA; and his grandchildren, Robert Lewis (Kristi, Greg Lewis), David Lewis (Andrea, Jennifer Labrie), John Ruyffelaert, Jacob Ruyffelaert, Justin Ruyffelaert (Haley) and Jillian Ruyffelaert. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
