She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger J. Lacombe and Martha K. Lacombe (Kosinski); and her son Michael Lacombe. She is survived by: her daughter Katrina K. McClain of Chicopee; and her siblings, Norman Lacombe (Maryann) of Westfield, Germaine Korzeniowski of Chicopee and Doreen Lacombe-Paulo of Chicopee. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
