She was predeceased by: her parents, Delphis J. Roy and Laura M. A. Roy (Chretien); her husband Allen D. "Pepere" Bernard; her siblings, Leo Roy (Blanche), Alice Wren and Claire Orefice (Joe); and her brother-in-law George Babij.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas J. Bernard (Theresa) of Chicopee and Laura J. Nolan (Timothy) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Kyle Bernard (Michelle) of Ludlow, Trevor Bernard of Baltimore, MD, Paige Bernard of Chicopee, Madison Bernard (Jeff "Fred" Zebrowski) of Chicopee and Emma Nolan of Springfield; her great grandchild Abigail Bernard of Ludlow; her siblings, Paul Roy (Donna) of Newington, CT, Richard Roy (Sandy) of Westfield and Lorraine Babij of Springfield; and her brother-in-law William Wren of Manassas Park, VA. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.
Before COVID, she enjoyed spending time with her many friends at the Senior Center in Blunt Park in Springfield.
