She was predeceased by: her parents, Franek Kisiel and Bronislawa Kisiel (Lajek); and her husband Eugieniusz Kosinski. She is survived by: her children, Christina Kupiec (Wesley) of Chicopee, Stanislaw Kosinski (Zosia) of Chicopee and Krzysztof Eugieniusz Kosinski of Holyoke; and her siblings, Marianna Kisiel of Chicopee and Kazimierz Kisiel of Poland. She is also survived by grandchildren; four treasured great-grandchildren.
