Helen M. (Hooper) Joyal Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen M. (Hooper) Joyal in Chicopee, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 18, 2024 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen M. (Hooper) Joyal to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Isadore Hooper and Eva Hooper (Forest); her significant other Roland J. "Tootsie" Joyal; her grandson Justin Michael Joyal; and her siblings, Richard, Raymond, Ernest, Roger, Theresa and Anita.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald R. "Jerry" Joyal (Donna) of Stafford Springs, CT and Gail A. Goodrow (David) of Ludlow; her grandchildren, Kristin Cressotti (Thomas), Rachel Goodrow (Brian), Billy Possardt (Cindy) and Michele Santiago (Miguel); and her great grandchildren, Kaylee Joyal, Ella Cressotti, Cade Cressotti, Nora Possardt and Alessandra Santiago. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Anne Church (30 College St, Chicopee, MA 01020).
In lieu of flowers, her family requests that memorial donations be made in Helen's memory to the Knights of Columbus Tootsie Roll Drive, 1599 Memorial Drive, Chicopee, MA 01020.
