He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. Rowley, Sr. and Mary E. Rowley (Sheehan); his wife Marilyn A. Rowley (Carr); and his sister Mary K. Haire. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Czajkowski (Edward), Ellen Williams and John Rowley (Linda); his grandchildren, Katie Sullivan, Elizabeth Proulx (Steven), Sarah Garber (Kevin), Archie Williams, John Jr. and Joshua Rowley; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Madison Proulx, Olivia Sullivan, Kennedy, Lincoln and Kayce Garber; and his sister Judith Judd. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
