He is survived by: his brother Jeff; his daughter Adrianna Marie (Michelle Raymond); his parents, Cindy Clement (Jim) of Chicopee and Michael Seidnitzer (Deb) of Wilbraham; his siblings, Jeffrey of Chicopee, Katie of Wilbraham and Kyle; his fiancé Taylor Perry of Avon, CT.; his niece Kurstyn Seidnitzer of Chicopee; his grandparents, Louis and Suzanne Scanapieco of South Hadley; his aunts, Carla and Gina; his uncle Richard Seidnitzer; his great-aunt Charlotte Scanapieco of Chicopee; his stepgrandmother Jane Parker of Feeding Hills; his aunt Heather Seidnitzer of Hampton, VA.; and also, Alexa Dermody of Granby, Taylor, Kayla, Gianna of South Hadley and Kurt.
