He is survived by: his children, Kathleen M. Lubrano (Vincent) of Lewes, DE and Michael J. Foley (Jennifer C. Stuart) of Easthampton; his grandson James D. Lubrano (Janet Hernandez); and his sisters-in-law, Eileen Curran (Emmitt) and Jean Foley. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
The military honors was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
