It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald D. Benoit of Chicopee, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Benoit and Dorilla M. Benoit (Germain); and his siblings, Eugene, Irené, Roland Benoit and Dora Grègoire.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Vivian; his close friend Vivian D. Boivin of Chicopee; his girlfriend's children, Deborah A. Kos (Chester) of Carmel, IN and Steven G. Boivin of Chicopee; and also, Michael Kos (Melinda) of Springfield, Stephanie Langford of Lake Wales, FL, Jacqueline Graham-Kos (Holly) of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Samuel, Violet, Charles Kos and Lily Langford. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family members and friends.
