He was predeceased by: his sister Patty Ann Klimczyk. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Duquette (Andre) and Kim Lachance; his grandsons, Quinton Duquette, Devin Duquette, Jake Lachance and Ryan Lachance; and his siblings, Mark J. Breault (Tammy), Gerald J. Breault (Maria), Dee Rimbold, Kathleen Chaffee (Gil), Darlene Jackson (Steve) and Doreen Freeman (Jason). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
