He was predeceased by: his sister Henrietta Kubetin. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kubetin (Chicoine); his daughter Elizabeth Pereira (Matthew) of Medford; his grandsons, Joshua and Andrew Pereira; his siblings, Diane Kubetin of Chicopee, Lucy Rivest (Scott) of Constable, NY, Lily Mika (Jim) of Worcester, Richard Kubetin (Michele) of West Suffield, CT and John Kubetin (Jill) of Wilbraham; and his sister-in-law Lynn Michon (Gary) of Chicopee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to Covid-19 masks and social distancing are required.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation can be made to the charity of one's choice.
