She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michal Boryczka and Katarzyna Boryczka (Kowal); her grandmother Kunegunda Boryczka; her husband John Kochanek; her children, Halina Kochanek (Joseph Masse) of Byron, GA, Andrew Kochanek (Marianne) of Suffield, CT and Sophie Davenport (Donald) of Hampden, MA; her grandchildren, Lauren Mastrangelo (Nicholas), Tania Davenport, John Davenport (Victoria) and Krystyna Brown (Jason); her great grandchildren, Delilah, Lillian and Ezra; and her nieces and nephews, Stanislaw Banerski (Janina), Alfred Bania (Stasia), Joe Boryczka (Kazia), Ryszard Bania, Janina Ciepiela, Krystyna Plachno and Zofia Gaj.
Genowefa (Boryczka) Kochanek, 98, succumbed to the coronavirus on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at Life Care Center of Wilbraham.
