Genevieve M. Polak Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Genevieve M. Polak (Chicopee, Massachusetts), who passed away on September 27, 2024 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Frank Kania; her parents, John Noga and Caroline Noga; her husband Albin Polak; and her siblings, Raymond Noga, Edwin Noga and Esther Partyka.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Polak and John Polak (Gael Humphrey); and her grandchildren, Jack Polak and Grace Polak. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104, as it was close to her heart because of their compassionate and excellent care of her granddaughter, Grace.
