He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Donahue and Elizabeth A. Donahue (Brown); his former wife Alfreda F. Donahue (Dzialo); his daughter Cynthia M. Donahue; and his brothers, John Donahue and David Donahue, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Ellen F and Christopher M. Donahue; his wife Andrea M. Lassoff-Donahue; his grandson Kristian L. Donahue of Woburn; his goddaughter Ann Salva of Somers, CT; and his sister-in-law Florence Dzialo of Chicopee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
