He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Foley and Rose A. Foley (Bumbera); and his brother Jerome Foley. He is survived by: his wife Dale J. Foley (Kaeppel); his children, Cynthia A. Longwell of Commerce, GA, Francis M. Foley II (Michelle) of Commerce, GA, James J. Foley of Millbury and Keri A. Rutherford (Shane) of Hudson, FL; his grandchildren, Christopher Scinto (Laura), Cody Longwell, Meghan Foley, Jake, Austin Foley, Noah, Christian and Grace Rutherford; his great grandchild Colton Scinto; his sister Ann Nagy (Pete) of Holyoke; and his sisters-in-law, Jean White of Wilbraham and Nancy Maloof of Petersham.
