It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Lafreniere of Chicopee, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 29, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest LaFreniere and Grace Wolfindale (Hupfer); his wife Joanne Petit; and his brothers, Gerald LaFreniere and Richard LaFreniere (Joan).
He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis LaFreniere (Jan) of Virginia Beach, Donna Fountain (Leslie) of South Hadley, Elizabeth Willard (Donald) of Florence, MA and Janice Nethercutt of Columbus, IN.; his aunts, Lucille Whitehurst of Chesapeake, VA and Diane Hupfer of Chicopee; and his sister-in-law Linda LaFreniere. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
