She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Piascik and Marion Piascik (Dziergon); her husband George Hurley; and her siblings, Edward, Stephen and Maryann Piascik.
She is survived by: her children, Theodore Banasik (Patricia) of Southwick, Danuta Jacob (Scott) and Christine Duprat (Robert) of South Hadley; her grandchildren, Julie Jacob, Jerrid Lamontagne (Alissa) and Jason Lamontagne; her great grandchildren, Haley, Vivian and Jerrid Jr.; her great great grandchild Stella; and her sister-in-law Dottie Piascik.
