With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Everest Gerald Small of Chicopee, Massachusetts, born in Massena, New York, who passed away on September 2, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Small and Geneva Small; and his siblings, Shirley Choma, Raymond and Stanley Small.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Small (Jarvis) of Chicopee; his children, Tina Macy (Nicholas) of Chicopee, Sandra Nichols of Chicopee and Everest Small, Jr. (Teresa) of Reading, PA; his brother Elwood Small (Norma) of Massena, NY; and his grandchildren, Franklin Nichols, Everest Small, III, Landon Small and Deven Macy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104.
