She was predeceased by: her parents, Bronislaw Moskal and Josephine Moskal (Kuzdzal); and her husband Walter J. Storozuk. She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Storozuk of Springfield, Cynthia Storozuk of Springfield and Thomas J. Storozuk (Judy) of Newbury, NH; her grandchildren, Samuel, Joseph and Kaylyn Storozuk; her brother Richard Moskal (Sheila); her siblings-in-law, Peter Szarek (Patricia) and Bernice Rueli (Frank); and her pet Maddy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
