She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Glinka and Katarzyna Glinka (Czelusniak); her husband Michael F. Kokoszka; and her siblings, Henrietta Kubik, Irene Zombik, Stanley Glinka and Henry Glinka.
She is survived by: her children, Richard M. Kokoszka (Sonja E.) of West Springfield, Carol Moritko (Robert) of Chicopee and Anne Poindexter (Michael) of Southwick; her grandchildren, Katherine Nocrasz, Jonathan Kokoszka and Holly Skypeck; and her great grandchildren, Lilah, Emily Nocrasz, Nuala, Tilly Fisher, Michelle, Gabrielle, Danielle Velastegui, Richard, Bobbie and Riley Moritko. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
