He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Podkowka and Mary Anna Podkowka (Sczcpanek); his granddaughter Jennifer Abbott; his great great grandchild Emily Abbott; and his siblings, Stanley, Adam, Edward Podkowka and Anna Moryl.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie D. Podkowka (Benoit); his daughters, Brenda Cooper of Ware, Anne Marie Podkowka of England and Tanya Podkowka of England; his grandchildren, Jamie of England, Danny of England and Charlene Podkowka of England; his great grandchildren, Allysha and Hannah Abbott; his great great grandchild Jonathan Abbott; his siblings-in-law, David Benoit (Dorothy) of Chicopee, Susan Donze (Robert) of Chicopee and Theresa Benoit (Armand Joly) of Chicopee; and his niece Jennifer Izatt (Michael) of South Hadley. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
