She was predeceased by: her parents, Hendryk Szyper and Bronislawa Szyper (Wocki); her husband Rudy Piotrowski, Sr.; and her son Henry Piotrowski. She is survived by: her children, Anna DiGennaro of Suffield, CT and Rudy Piotrowski, Jr. (Karen) of Feeding Hills; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Haley Piotrowski, Joseph and Drew DiGennaro; and her brother Andrew Szyper of Warsaw, Poland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
