She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Midura and Bertha Midura (Pietras); her husband Henry Kozikowski, Jr.; and her siblings, Stella Czelusniak, Irene Zajchowski-Pudlo, Josephine Filipowicz, Clara Waniewski, Bernard, Ernest, Alfred and Thaddeus Midura.
She is survived by: her children, Doreen Majka and Lee Kozikowski (Lori); her grandchildren, Krystal (Ryan), Lee (Kate) and Lynsey; and her great grandchildren, Nolan, Avery, Charlie, Jagger and Tatum. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Burial in St. Stanislaus Cemetery will be private for the family. Mask wearing and social distancing must be upheld in the funeral home and Basilica.
