He is survived by: his wife Diane McAlpine (Patruski) of Chicopee; his children, Brian McApline of Chicopee, Nathan McAlpine of Chicopee, Sandy Flynn of Grand Rapids, MI and Jimmy Flynn of Portland, Oregon; and his siblings, Cheryl Wright of Magnolia, Delaware, Roderick J. McAlpine of Sarasota, FL, Tayna McAlpine of Clearwater, FL and Elizabeth McAlpine of Beaufort. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
