He was predeceased by: his father Dennis W. Smith. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie L. Smith (Hartman); his daughter Abigail Smith; his siblings, Dennis W. Smith, Jr. (Amy) and Dawn M. Smith; his niece Emma; and his nephews, Jacob of Chicopee and Zachary of Chicopee. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
