She was predeceased by: her parents, William Laverty and Harriet Laverty (Gagnon); her husband Rudolph Matysiewicz; and her siblings, Roger Laverty, John Laverty, Joan Hilliard and Shirley Holland.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Matysiewicz (Lyn) of Chicopee, Gailrose Baldwin (Randy Hatch) and Jaye P. Forst; her grandchildren, Zachary Forst (Joanna), Branden Forst (Teri), Natalie Baldwin and Rudi Baldwin; her great grandchildren, Bodhi, Grace, Levi and Lexi; her stepgrandchildren, Stephen Colaluca (Meg), Lisa Nummy (Zak) and Heather Colaluca; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Keagan, Leo, Vincent, Mina and Wyatt; and her sister-in-law Kathryn Matys. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
