She is survived by: her husband James Somppi; her sons, James Somppi, Jr. (Amy) and Christopher Somppi (Carrie) of Westfield; her grandchildren, Madison, Alex, Nate, Victoria, Charlotte and Charlie Somppi; her cousin Sandra Beeler; her niece Camille; her nephew Robbie; and her pet Lily.

Memorial contributions in Donna's name may be made to the Lynn Katz Oncology Unit, 3rd floor, Baystate Medical Center, 759 Chestnut St., Springfield, MA 01199, where she received devoted, loving care during her stay.
