Coulombe (Lorenzo Wiggins) of Chicopee and Shawn Coulombe (Melissa Werbicki) of Huntington; her grandchildren, Destinee Coulombe (Melvin L. Colon), Casey Coulombe and Callie Coulombe; her brothers, Alan Jablonski and Roger Jablonski (Susan); her niece Michelle Jablonski; and her nephews, Michael Jablonski (Heather), Nicholas Jablonski and Benjamin Jablonski. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
